Ladoo (also called Sooji Ladoo) is delicious Indian sweet made with semolina
(sooji), sugar, ghee ( clarified butter), fresh coconut, is flavored with
cardamom and saffron and garnished with raisins. While this sweet is mainly
enjoyed during festive seasons like Ganapati, Diwali, and Navraatri, it is also
a very popular tea time snack.
